FEBRUARY 2010 In a suit arising out of the departure of two physicians from a group practice, John Klug and Janet Garza obtained a temporary injunction in the District Court of Harris County, Texas and subsequent agreement that permitted the physician clients to retain possession of, and remove to their new practice location, thousands of patient medical records and medical equipment over the prior opposition of the group practice.
