  • Defending a national securities brokerage firm in an investor action alleging churning and research fraud.
  • Successfully defending a national securities brokerage firm against a raiding claim involving the firm’s hiring of a branch manager and several top producers of a competitor.
  • Winning the dismissal of 21 consolidated class action lawsuits filed in federal court against former officers of a NYSE listed client alleging violations of Section 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10(b)(5).
  • Representing the President of Exxon USA in shareholder derivative litigation filed as a result of the Exxon Valdez accident.
