DECEMBER 2009 Mike Brem and Will Russell obtained a verdict for $6.922 million against Omni Health Management and two of its executives in Texas state court. The jury found for our client Performance Based Healthcare Solutions on each of its claims: fraud, breach of contract, and theft of trade secrets.
